Hey Dr Nick and your wonderful staff - Thanks for taking such great care of our daughter and producing such a wonderful smile! It has been a LONG road between the palette expander, bionic head gear (!) and the 2.5 years of braces but... the end result is fabulous! She is absolutely bouncing off the walls!
